I said to Stephen that I reckon I'm going to die alone, he responded with "..not unless you live forever?" Fair point.

Emmy The Great called me selfless. She said that deleting my Facebook shows that when it comes down to it, i'd probably kill myself rather than the person who may be a wrong doer in a metaphorical situation... we're talking Shakespeare here.
Tour. I haven't toured for over two years.. this one is going pretty great, I should say.
May I add, right now i'm sitting in bed in a hotel in London, bottle of Chardonnay and a bag of chilli heatwave Doritos (anything better?)
Only four more dates left.
I've had a lot that I've wanted to write down. But out of a fear of being to personal on the internet, I held back. I also didn't want to offend anyone. The last two big blocks of writing I did on this blog were not from a stable place.. maybe that was obvious.

Let me summarize.
Shortly after spectacularly hitting rock bottom in L.A, I set out to try and reset my life. This is the plan. I essentially put all of my eggs into one basket and then stood and watched as that basket got run over by a truck multiple times.. let's just say there were a lot of things going on the same time as the crazy L.A sickness that I didn't write about, and still don't feel ready to write about.
But I can honestly say, i've never felt a darkness like that ever before. I didn't think it would ever stop... but i'm getting out of it. I'm finding ways. "Apple R" e.t.c...

So I left L.A and came to London for a week, mainly to work (producing, songwriting) but you know, also to try and find my fucking head right? I stayed in this girl Mavi's place, which she wasn't even there for. In fact, I only met her today at the London show for the first time. Also staying in the place were quite a few others, crashing out... i'll skim details. But you should check out my friend Karley's blog who was also staying there. In fact, her blog is one of my favourite's ever.. has been for years. She actually said to me recently that she misses when my blog used to be wayyyy too personal and completely pathetic.. well...
Eventually, I got back to NY for a couple days before starting the tour, and hitting Europe.. it's been fun. I haven't really felt bad since tour started in fact.

I finished the ICKY PASTA E.P I was recording to help with my recoveries.. it's pretty trippy I guess, I was on soo many weird drugs because of my blood, it was therapeutic. You can get a code to download it from this site if you come to one of the u.k shows... failing that it's being hosted at Danzie's Blog. The album cover is taken in a garden in Echo Park... after the first day of deciding to press the reset button on my life.

In other news, it turns out i'm number one as of yesterday.
Well, kinda.. but Diana Vickers album went straight in at Number One in the U.K.. does that make me a number one producer / songwriter? I don't know the logistics of these things.. pretty crazy though right? I'm going to eat more Doritos right now.

This is a waste of blog... I guess i'm still not ready to talk about a lot of things, although I really want to, paradoxical, or moronical? I could just not say anything or I could just write and not put it online... I don't know.. either way,

It's good to talk I guess.

How are things?

Things are good, I think. I hope?
I wish I could have got along to one of your shows. Exams, coupled with a general failure to remember that gigs tend to sell out, conspire against me.

I was at the Heaven gig on Monday. Came up to you before the set and said that I think you're amazing. Thanks for a fab set, we spent the whole thing annoying the grumpy people behind us by dancing. How do I get the code for you EP download? I didn't get one at the gig :( x

Endless lolz. Also, I'm vaguely mad at you for not accepting my friend Theresa Pankhurst's friend request back when you weren't a selfish maniac and had a Facebook. Evidence:

The Human Centipede will finish the reset, no doubt. I saw it and it was exactly as good as it looks.

Dev's Movie Blog

One night, my room mate mentioned how it'd be pretty funny for someone to watch all the movies listed at the bottom of IMDB. I've started to, and it's not funny.
